Holiday Schedule

Winter--as I'm sure you can imagine--is the busiest time of year for Toque.ca!

While we usually can accommodate express shipping for majority of our customers, orders are overwhelming the warehouses & delivery times are becoming harder to estimate. Couriers can also experience their own delays as well due to sorting errors, weather delays, missed connections, or damaged packaging.

Please order well in advance as shipping times are never guaranteed.

We recommend indicating a required in-hand date on your order comments, so we better predict the delivery date for you.

HOLIDAY HOURS:

Below are the dates that couriers will not be shipping any orders from any of our 5 warehouses:
Thursday, Dec. 24th
Friday, Dec. 25th
-weekend-
Thursday, Dec. 31st
Friday, Jan. 1st

Below are the days we will be out of the office:

Friday, Jan. 1st

Below are the days that we will be in the office until noon:
