KNP CS6260 Brushed Cotton Stretchable Fitted Cap

In 2012 I purchased several fitted caps from you (CT6547). They remain comfortable but are now more than fashionably worn out My recent purchase of KNP CS6260 and KNP C6520 was as close as I could obtain as replacements for those now obsolete products. The new hats. are all essentially identical to each other with KNP C6520 being more attractive with its coloured border on the peak. My main problem is that I have a large head. I can’t obtain hats that fit me from local stores. The old hats from you fit well immediately. The new ones fit but are tight. The part of the hat joining the peak causes a red mark on both sides of my head. I find that the fit is improving as I work at “breaking in” these hats. Steaming them a bit has helped too. I note that the portion of the hat above the peak has been stiffened with plastic (apparently to better accommodate a logo of some kind…..a requirement that I don’t require). Even that aspect seems to be gradually accommodating my big head! I’m hopeful that, if I keep at it, that these hats will become more comfortable. However, I do wish that you had not discontinued the old style.
